By engaging with our estimation services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by our company. These terms and conditions govern the estimation process and any subsequent alterations or changes to the project estimates.
Our Estimation Time
Although our estimators take 24-48 hours to prepare your construction estimates, sometimes it can take more time due to increased project complexity and size. If we observe a delay in our estimation process due to any reason, we inform our clients on time so that they can manage things accordingly.
Accurate Information
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding their construction plans. Any inaccuracies or omissions in the provided blueprints or project details may result in revised estimates or delays in the estimation process. Our company holds no liability for errors or discrepancies in the information provided by the client.
Our Initial Processing
First, our team demands you to submit the blueprints of your construction plans. After scanning your whole project, we provide you with a detailed quote containing the time duration required for construction and Quickbooks Invoice. If you accept our quote, next you must clear your payment via online transaction methods. In case of any queries, you can contact us: +1 (347) 480-1903.
Payment Methods
We encourage safe and secure online transaction methods such as Credit cards, Debit cards, or, Paypal. Our team ensures the privacy of your financial data by using Quickbooks Online Payment techniques.
Flexible Services
Our estimators respect our clients and always welcome them with big shake hands. Moreover, we consider providing our clients with the most flexible estimating services, but with some limits. Our team maintains the balance on both sides while furnishing the clients with perfect estimating services.
Policy for Additions
Once you have accepted our final estimates, you can freely come back to us for making changes to your construction estimates. But we will charge separately for additional alterations in your building plans.
Our Refund Policy
We are sorry to share that there is no refund policy for our clients. Once we have delivered your estimates, we are unable to refund your fee in any condition. However, we can accept your refund application if you ask for a money return within the first 2 hours of making payment. Otherwise, our estimators start working on your project and we cannot do anything in this matter.
Confidentiality of Your Data
Our company respects the confidentiality of client project information. If the client desires to keep their project information confidential, they can request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from our estimators. However, our company cannot be held responsible for any data leakage that may occur if an NDA is not in place. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the protection of sensitive project information.
Scope of Estimation Services
Our estimators provide estimates based on the information available and their professional expertise. The estimates serve as a guideline and are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or changes in project requirements. It is important for clients to understand that the estimates are not a guarantee of final project costs and may require adjustments throughout the construction process.
No Additional Insurances
Our clients know that our service charges are very reasonable and we actually only charge for the services we deliver. So, there is no gap for additional insurance or financial guarantees, or warranties.
